Wilhelm Mauser, more commonly known as Bad Willy, is one of the unit commanders of the Army of Thieves.

Early History[]
Wilhelm Mauser joined the German Army upon reaching the appropriate age, and served long enough to reach the rank of Sergeant.
When Mauser was sent to Africa as part of a multinational peace-keeping mission, he indulged in his unhealthy desires and raped several young local women. When Mauser was caught, he was dishonorably discharged from the Army, and presumably imprisoned at a U.S. prison camp in the Sudan. Mauser's crimes also earned him the nickname Bad Willy.
When the previously unknown terrorist group known as the Army of Thieves broke into the prison, they released 102 of the prisoners, apparently including Bad Willy, to recruit them.
After the break-out, the Army's second-in-command, Typhon, brutally inducted every one of the prisoners to ensure their loyalty. Typhon branded Bad Willy and the others with the Army's signature, and then had them drugged and forced to watch hours of horrific acts such as murder, rape and torture. As a result, Willy felt compelled to obey both the Lord of Anarchy and Typhon out of fear.
Bad Willy was presumably a part of the force that took control of the old Soviet facility on Dragon Island, so that the Army could use the atmospheric weapon to destroy most of the northern hemisphere.
