The Four Legendary Kingdoms[]
In the course of his various preparations for the fourth Great Games of the Hydra, Vacheron obtained a pair of Spartan APCs to be used as a modern form of chariot for the Fifth Challenge.
As the Fifth Challenge prepared to begin, Fear and the Hydra took up their positions as the Spartans' drivers, with a pair of RPG-wielding minotaurs stationed on the roofs. Moments before the Challenge began, Mephisto clambered onto Fear's Spartan and asked him to pay Jack West Jr out for besting him during the Fourth Challenge.
Once the race started, Fear quickly began driving his Spartan into Jack's Light Strike Vehicle, attempting to force him into one of the water pits along the roadway. However, Jack soon jumped onto Fear's Spartan and drove it into a water pit, where it was left to sink.
Meanwhile, the Hydra proceeded to bump and crash his own Spartan into the other Champions' LSVs, until a sniper shot from Jack West Jr caused a pile up, during which the Hydra's Spartan crunched over Gregory Brigham's support team in their car. The Hydra soon continued the pursuit, stopping the Spartan when he reached the finish line.
However, when Jack initiated a daring rescue for his and Shane Schofield's hostages, the Hydra led the pursuit in his Spartan as the escapees fled out of the Underworld. During the chase around the ship yard, the Hydra was more cautious than the minotaurs as they attempted to capture their quarry, narrowly avoiding being crushed under a collapsing ship. Jack soon jumped onto the APC and kicked the Hydra out after stunning him by activating its airbags, before proceeding to drive the Spartan up one of the derelict ships' ramp and crashed it into one of the pursuing Ka-52 Alligators to give his friends the chance to escape.

The four-wheeled Spartan Armoured Personnel Carrier has steel-plating armour, and while smaller than a Typhoon truck, its is larger and more intimidating in appearances than a LSV.
Trivia[]
- Though not specifically named as such, the Spartan APC that appears in The Four Legendary Kingdoms is most likely a version of the STREIT Group Spartan.
