Mother's Prosthetic Leg is a mechanical prosthesis made for Gena "Mother" Newman, in order to replace her left leg.

After Gena "Mother" Newman lost most her left leg (from the knee down) to a Killer Whale during the Wilkes incident, the U.S. Marine Corps provided her with a titanium prosthesis to replace it so that she could continue active duty. After several months of physical therapy, Mother grew used to the prosthetic.

An advanced cybernetic leg, Mother's prosthetic is constructed largely out of a titanium alloy, the leg is extremely strong and sturdy, being undamaged from slicing strikes from sharp objects or from being bitten by a tiger shark. It has a central processing unit that allows Mother to control the leg's movements with ease.
