Elsie Fitzgerald is the extremely promiscuous friend of Princess Elizabeth.

History[]

Early History[]

The child of a person closely associated with the royal family, Elsie grew up with some privilege's not available to commoners. Though she was a few years older than the princess Elizabeth, Elsie was granted permission to attend some of Bess's lessons, though she did not care to pay much attention.

Upon reaching her mid-teens, Elsie discovered the pleasures of sex, and, enjoying it immensely, became very promiscuous, having many sexual experiences with several men with little care for potential consequences.

The Tournament[]

In 1546, owing to the threat of plague - and owing to the possibility of the threat of assassination during such a period - Bess's teacher Roger Ascham was granted permission to have the princess accompany him and a small delegation to Constantinople, where a chess tournament was to be held. As she was only allowed to bring one friend on the journey with her, Bess was left to chose between Elsie and Gwinny Stubbes. Seeing the eager look in Elsie's eyes, Bess decided she wanted to take the older and more worldly-seeming girl.

The evening after arriving in the Ottoman capital, Elsie met and befriended Zubaida - a friend of the Crown Prince Selim - who soon invited Elsie to Selim's Dionysian gathering later that night. Elsie suggested to Bess that she join them, though the princess was uncertain. As the opening ceremony drew to a close, Elsie and the other girls headed to another courtyard to watch the fireworks, but found in the reflecting pool the body of Cardinal Farnese, and they were hurried away by palace guards.

Later, unconcerned by the murder and the possibility that Farnese's killer was still at large, Elsie chose to sneak out of the English delegation's room and attend Selim's gathering, ignoring Bess's worries. Upon entering the Harem, Elsie was somewhat surprised to find many people at the gathering were performing sexual acts by themselves and with one another, which Elsie found liberating compared to the never-tell attitude the English have. Joining them, Elsie made note of Prince Selim and decided to pursue him, hoping to eventually have relations with him and convince him that she could become his future queen. By the early hours of the next morning, the gathering was winding down, and as Elsie was making her way back to her and Bess's room, she inadvertently caught sight of Suleiman's queen, Roxelana, having an affair with the wrestler Darius.

Upon making it back to her room, Elsie excitedly told the princess about the Dionysian gathering and her discovery of Roxelana and Darius, and shared with Bess her plan to 'know' Selim, so that he might decide to make her his Queen, though Bess was dubious that this was possible.

The following night, Elsie attended another of Selim's gatherings, where Zubaida suggested that if she wanted to bed Selim, she would first need to seduce his friend Rahman. Elsie made quick work seducing and coupling with Rahman, and then, properly meeting with the crown prince, came to believe it was indeed possible for her to seduce him and become his queen.

Elsie eventually achieves having intercourse with Selim after many attempts at the prince's gatherings.

However she was instead being used by Selim, and she was drugged and sold to Afridi the Whoremonger, with the idea that many men would want to make love to her since she had been used by Selim.

Roger Ascham soon found her, and mentioned to Afridi that the Chess Tournament was rigged in order to secure her release.

After this experience, Elise was forever subdued when it came to sex, and Elizabeth thought that she never had intercourse with another man again.

In 1603, when Elizabeth was on her deathbed and telling Gwinny of the events of Constantinople, she noted that all of players of those events were deceased, meaning that Elsie had passed away some time before.
